Privacy Policy
Last updated: 4 November 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Blackstone Systems (“we”, “us”) collects and uses personal data when you visit this website or contact us through it.
1. Who we are
The controller of your personal data is blackstonesystems.eu. For any privacy question, write to legal@blackstonesystems.eu.
2. What data we collect
- Contact form: your name, email address, the topic you choose and the text of your message.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, the page you sent the form from and the time of the request. Our web server also keeps standard access logs.
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies on this website.
3. Why we use it and on what legal basis
- To answer your enquiry and discuss possible cooperation: your consent and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR).
- To protect the website and the form from spam and abuse: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. Who receives your data
Messages from the form are delivered to our mailbox by our hosting and email providers, who process data on our behalf. Fonts on this website are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google servers and shares your IP address with them. We do not sell your data and do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw your consent at any time. To use these rights, write to legal@blackstonesystems.eu. You can also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
6. Changes
We may update this policy. The current version is always published on this page with the date of the last update.
